Overgrad

LA Marathon

My friend Chapu and I completed the 22nd Los Angeles Marathon on Sunday! It was probably one of the better experiences of my life and I hope to do it again next year. I finished in a respectable 4:47:33, but if it weren't for my calf muscle that pulled at mile 15, who knows what my time could have been.

NIGHT GAMES



I play soccer in the evening, and one night the lights were out at our field. Did this stop us from playing? Nope. Luckily there was a full moon out and we had a great game.

EMMY



I received my Emmy a couple of weeks ago. I got it for work I did on, "Off Mikes" a webcast produced in conjunction with ESPN and Animax Entertainment. I'd like to dedicate this to.... Cheech!
